I stayed at this hotel, and while the location is lovely and the amenities are vast, my stay was marred by several disappointments. The staff, especially Annie and Paige, were wonderful and made my dining experiences delightful. However, the state of the hotel left much to be desired with slow check-in, closed restaurants, and poorly maintained rooms. Overall, it felt like there was great potential, but significant improvements are necessary.
